Spring 2016 Collection

The vision and inspiration have started and ideas are gathering for the collection. Fringe has been the main topic with muted blues and deep purples. The "Cheekini" has been born thanks to Mina a friend with great ideas.

Back in 1998, I visited Hawaii with my family and fell in love with the surfer style. They rode the biggest waves, their hair was in dreads and their booty was out. The bikini bottoms were small and cheeky, and I had never seen anything like it back in florida. It was the Hawaii island way they were comfortable in their body, lived in the sand and I was in love. I knew back then that I wanted to be involved, I wasn't quite sure how but I knew it's where my heart was.

Starting the New Year Strong ~ 2016

The best ways to set goals and focus, now that we get to wash away another wonderful year of our lives and think about our dreams and visions of a new year.

      1. Staying focused on our goals. Use the S.M.A.R.T technique, make your goals are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time bound.

Specific -A specific goal answers the five W's - What, Why, Who, Where and Which.

Measurable -Answer the question, "How will know when this is accomplished?"

Attainable -Your goals must be realistically attainable.

Relevant -Tie your goals to deeper values, make sure you are behind your goals 100%.

Time Bound -Always set deadlines to your goals, it will help you bring them to fruition.

      2. Write your goals down.

      3. Write big goals into smaller goals.

      4. Make an action plan and follow it

"We are what you repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit."                                                                                                                                                   -Aristotle

  1.  The process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative.

My inspiration has come in many forms over the years, mostly through traveling. Going to a new destination to go fishing, paddle boarding, diving or snorkeling always brings new cherished memories and has made me who I am today.

I personally have always loved to be in the elements... outdoors and IN the water. Trident Swimwear will be for everyone who gets their inspiration from being close to the water.

The beginning of something great.

Hello to all of the bikini lovers out there! I am so excited to announce the start of my swimsuit line. A little bit about me first...

I was born and raised on Pensacola Beach, Florida, with some of the most beautiful white sandy beaches out there. My father an avid fisherman and owner of a Bait & Tackle shop for over 35 years with his PhD in Marine Biology, and my mother, half Irish half Italian, a little spitfire was a stay at home mom who grew up in Miami, Florida.

They met in college, they were hippies that traveled the US in a VW bus when they first met, and they were both from many generations of coastal beach lovers, enjoying all things beach related.

The idea of starting a swimwear line started for me when I was a teenager, I was obsessed with kinis. Back then, my family would travel to different exotic destinations for our vacations, we would visit amazing places including, Hawaii, Australia, Costa Rica the Carribean and many more. I fell in love with snorkeling, surfing, diving, fishing and all of the rest of the beach activities.

As I have ripened with a little age and wisdom, I came back to those roots and realized its now or never to jump into my dreams, so I made a decision, and started the plans of something great. This is only the beginning and I can't wait to see where it goes.
